- Legal fees – Approx €1500 – €2500

- Valuation Fee: Approx €150
You will need a valuation report completed by an approved valuer from the EBS residential mortgage valuers’ panel before your letter of loan offer can be issued to you and your solicitor.
- Stamp Duty
If you are purchasing a property the stamp duty is 1% of the purchase price.
