Geraldine, I just wanted to send an email to say thank you to Linda from reception in your Kilkenny office. I have had a lot of bad experiences in the past when dealing with car insurance and Linda has made the transition to yourselves so easy and stress free. I had 2 issues that I had to deal with and went over to the office stressed but Linda immediately reassured me, took care of everything and gave a fantastic service. Linda is extremely polite, efficient, empathetic and a credit to the company. I am very glad I am a customer of your company and am thankful for the customer service received thus far
