House Claim Tips

• You will need to obtain an estimate for repair/replacement and your repairer will also need to confirm the exact cause of damage.
• Please take photos of damage if possible
• You can only complete temporary repairs if necessary. You will need to await repair authorisation from your insurers in order to have repairs completed.
• If you have a theft or loss claim then please ensure to report to the gardai and make a list of all stolen items.
• If you are claiming for damaged freezer food please ensure to take photos of all damaged food before disposing of items.
